What the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Chase bubble looks like after Charlotte

Layne Riggs became the first full-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver to win multiple races in 2026 on Sunday at Charlotte Motor Speedway. With only eight races remaining in the Truck Series regular season, here's what the Chase bubble looks like.

1. Kaden Honeycutt (+170)

2. Layne Riggs (+159)

3. Christian Eckes (+99)

4. Gio Ruggiero (+95)

5. Chandler Smith (+92)

6. Ben Rhodes (+59)

7. Ty Majeski (+58)

Majeski finished 59 laps down in 33rd on Sunday, losing two spots and 23 points to the cut line. The 2024 champ should still easily make the Chase, but Sunday hurt his prospects of earning a crucial top three seed.

8. Jake Garcia (+18)

Garcia gained exactly one point to the bubble after finishing 13th on Sunday. He's had a solid 2026 season but needs to take several steps forward to ne considered a title threat.

9. Daniel Hemric (+6)

The 2021 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series champion gained 16 points and two spots on the cut line on Sunday, jumping back into the provisional Chase field with an 11th-place run. It's somewhat surprising that he's yet to win this season and that he's so close to the bubble at this point in the campaign.

10. Tyler Ankrum (+1)

Hemric's McAnally-Hilgemann Racing teammate in Ankrum is squarely on the bubble after finishing 20th on Sunday. Ankrum has taken a couple steps back after what seemed to be a breakout season in 2025 and could be fighting for his Chase life throughout the summer.

11. Stewart Friesen (-1)

Friesen lost 13 points and two spots to the bubble with a 26th-place run on Sunday. It's still impressive that he's around the bubble given that he's returning from injury, but a Chase berth is still what's expected of the veteran driver.

12. Justin Haley (-9)

Haley finished 17th on Sunday and is still Kaulig/RAM's best shot at making the Chase in the organization's maiden Truck Series voyage. Still, it'd be nice to see the Winamac, Ind., native run a bit better, especially given his wealth of NASCAR experience.

13. Brenden Queen (-23)

Right behind Haley is his rookie Kaulig/RAM teammate in Queen, who lost a spot and 13 points to the bubble after finishing 32nd on Sunday. He's had a decent year for a rookie and has been a steady hand for RAM so far.

14. Tanner Gray (-29)

Gray is where he always seems to be at this point in the season: within striking distance of the postseason, but without enough pop to get there. He finished eighth at Charlotte on Sunday but is still seeking his first postseason berth in his seventh season.

15. Grant Enfinger (-32)

16. Andres Perez (-40)

17. Dawson Sutton (-59)

18. Mini Tyrrell (-83)

19. Cole Butcher (-94)

20. Kris Wright (-91)
