76ers tease James Harden’s debut with great photo
Philadelphia 76ers guard James Harden Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

James Harden’s time has come, and the Philadelphia 76ers are hyped about the development.

Harden is set to make his debut for Philly in their game at Minnesota on Friday. The Sixers tweeted a photo that shows Harden in profile along with a one-word message: “tomorrow.”

The Sixers acquired Harden in a trade with the Brooklyn Nets on Feb. 10. The veteran guard has been out recovering from a hamstring injury and has yet to play for his new team. But the team on Friday will play its first game since the All-Star break, and Harden is now ready.

Philly is third in the East at 35-23. They have championship aspirations, but we’ll only know how realistic those goals are after we see how well the Sixers play with Harden in the lineup. Philly’s general manager Daryl Morey is confident that he will fit in well, otherwise he wouldn’t have pushed to make the deal.
