Watch: Stephen Curry hits a 100-foot shot from the tunnel

Stephen Curry continues to defy logic.

Prior to the Warriors' home game versus the Clippers Wednesday night, Curry wowed fans at Chase Center with a 100-foot shot from the opposite tunnel.

After swishing the hail mary, Curry raised his arms, stared up at the ceiling and jumped up and down to get the crowd hyped up for the game that followed. Two camera angles of the shot can be seen below.

The outlandish pre-game shot prepared Curry to wreak havoc on the Clippers, which he certainly did, making 9-of-19 from three for a game-high 41 points. In the process, Curry became the first player in NBA history to hit seven-plus threes in four consecutive games -- continuing his recent hot streak.

Despite Curry's heroics, the Warriors blew yet another double-digit lead this season, getting outscored 44-28 in the fourth quarter to fall 130-125 to the Clippers.

Yet, fans who watched Curry's 100-foot shot would be taking home a memory for a lifetime.

For a decade, Curry -- through his pre-game warmups -- has given fans, even in opposing arenas, an added incentive to visit Warriors games at least an hour before tipoff. It all started at the Oracle Arena, where Curry would routinely drain shots from the tunnel behind the home team's bench, estimated to be over 50 feet. Slowly but surely, Curry would increase his range -- making shots from the stands, beyond the halfcourt mark and the opposite tunnel -- to leave onlookers awestruck by his greatness.

The beauty of Curry's trick shots is he often gets creative with them. While Wednesday's shot was more of a heave, he's made buckets from a similar range with set shots and even floaters.

One of these days, Curry's going to make a shot we've never seen before.
