Anthony Edwards' Game-Winning Block Went Viral In Timberwolves-Pacers Game

On Thursday evening, the Minnesota Timberwolves  faced off against the Indiana Pacers in Indianapolis.  

The game was extremely close, but the Timberwolves were able to come away with a 113-111 victory.   

With less than two seconds left, Anthony Edwards had an enormous  block that sealed the game. 

His huge highlight got a lot of views on social media. 

Edwards finished his night with 44 points, six rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks while shooting 18/35 from the field and 3/7 from the three-point range in 39 minutes of playing time. 

The All-Star guard is in the middle of an incredible season with averages of 26.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.3 steals per contest while shooting 46.7% from the field and 37.9% from the three-point range in 60 games.

With the victory, the Timberwolves improved to 44-19 in 63 games, which has them as the first seed in the Western Conference. 

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a two-game winning streak. 

Following the Pacers, the Timberwolves will now visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday evening in Ohio.
