Atlanta Hawks Announce Starting Lineup for Tonight's Game vs the Pacers
USA TODAY Sports

The Hawks are on the road tonight to face the Pacers and Atlanta is looking for its third straight win.

Atlanta earned a big win on Wednesday when they faced the Oklahoma City Thunder and they are looking to build off that tonight on the road against the NBA's No. 1 offense.

The Hawks are not changing anything about their starting lineup for tonight. Trae Young, Dejounte Murray, Saddiq Bey, Jalen Johnson, and Clint Capela are the starters for the Hawks.

Indiana is starting Tyrese Haliburton, Bruce Brown, Aaron Nesmith, Jalen Smith, and Myles Turner.

The Hawks should not have trouble scoring against the Pacers defense. Indiana is 29th in PPG allowed, 30th in field goal percentage allowed, 1st in three-point attempts allowed, and 24th in three-point percentage allowed. They don't allow many threes, but teams hit a high percentage of them against them. Per Cleaning the Glass, Indiana is 29th in points allowed per 100 possessions and 26th in effective field goal percentage allowed. The defense is a talking point when wondering how far the Pacers could actually go in the playoffs.

One thing that is certain is how good their offense is. The Pacers have the best offense in the NBA and have one of the NBA's best point guards leading the charge.

The Pacers are 1st in PPG, 1st in field goal percentage, 7th in three-point attempts, 4th in three-point percentage, 19th in free throw attempts, 22nd in offensive rebounding, and 12th in turnovers. Per Cleaning the Glass, Indiana is 1st in points per 100 possessions, 1st in effective field goal percentage, 10th in turnover percentage, 18th in offensive rebounding percentage, and 19th in free throw rate. They play at a fast pace and score a lot of points and are easily one of the most entertaining teams to watch.
