The Atlanta Hawks have gone through a plethora of changes ahead of the 2025-26 NBA season.

Following a 40-42 record last season, the Atlanta Hawks missed the postseason for a second-straight season.

However, the Quin Snyder-coached team seems keen on changing that heading into the 2025-26 NBA season. After all, the front office has been incredibly active this summer.

Biggest additions to the Atlanta Hawks’ roster

Trae Young is set to remain the cornerstone superstar for the Hawks, despite some concerns over his contract extension.

But alongside Trae, the Hawks have ensured they have put together a quality roster, evident in their potential starting lineup.

The biggest move remains the trade for Kristaps Porzingis, who arrived from the Boston Celtics. Additionally, here are all the additions that the Hawks made to their roster this offseason:

If there are additions, there are bound to be a few departures for the team as well. In fact, the Hawks lost several stars in free agency, including Clint Capela, who had been with the team for the last five seasons.

All things considered, the Hawks have shaken things up, but whether it will pay off or not will only be proven when the new season kicks off in October 2025.
