Bam Adebayo, Kendrick Nunn return to practice after coronavirus quarantine

The Miami Heat are getting two members of their lineup back at a critical point in time.

Bam Adebayo and Kendrick Nunn returned to practice on Friday after both tested positive for the coronavirus and recently finished quarantine, according to ESPN's Nick Friedell

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said there was a chance both players could play in Saturday's scrimmage against the Utah Jazz, and both players are keeping a positive attitude about playing in seeding games next week.

Adebayo and Nunn have proved to be critical pieces to Spoelstra's lineup. Adebayo, 23, played in his first All-Star game this season and is averaging 16.2 points per game. Nunn, 24, is averaging 15.6 points per game and shooting 44.8 percent from the field.

The Heat, who sit fourth in the Eastern Conference, are looking to leapfrog the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors for second place. There's really no chance they take over the first seed from the Milwaukee Bucks.
