Ben Shelton made sure to shout out his special someone after advancing to the fourth round of Wimbledon over the weekend.
Shelton, the No. 10-ranked men’s singles player in the world, defeated Marton Fucsovics during their third-round matchup in Wimbledon, London on Saturday. He prevailed in a 6-3, 7-6, 6-2 victory over Fucsovics.
After the win, Shelton addressed the crowd and acknowledged his family in attendance. He also gave a mention to his girlfriend Trinity Rodman, who was at the match with Shelton’s family and was shown on the ESPN broadcast.

Shelton, still only 22, defeated Rinky Hijikata earlier in the week during the second round in a bizarre win that even featured a postponement. Now Shelton is set to face Italy’s Lorenzo Sonego (whom he already defeated at the 2025 Australian Open) on Monday with a chance to make it to the Wimbledon quarterfinals.
As for Rodman, 23, she is a notable sports star in her own right. The daughter of Basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman, Trinity is a standout soccer forward who helped lead the United States to the gold medal at last year’s Summer Olympics in Paris.
Shelton and Trinity just went public with their relationship earlier this year. Now Shelton will be attempting to bring home some hardware of his own from Wimbledon to go along with the gold medal that Trinity already has.
