Bruno Mars & Anderson .Paak debut as Silk Sonic with 'Leave the Door Open'

Who is better than Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars?

The genre-bending maestros dropped their first single as Silk Sonic at midnight Friday. The track is titled "Leave the Door Open," and it is predictably swoon-worthy. The video places Anderson on the drums and Bruno at the piano, as they alternate wondering aloud when their love will be reciprocated:

"Leave the Door Open" was accompanied by one-minute "Intro," which featured funk legend Bootsy Collins. The vibes are nostalgic—transporting listeners to a different time is something each man has perfected as a solo artist—but Silk Sonic gives us plenty to look forward to. The duo announced their formation as well as a full album last week, and they have continued to tease:
