Bucks' Khris Middleton ties LeBron James for playoff record

Suffice to say, Khris Middleton has been making himself known in this year's NBA playoffs. And he's done it again, tying a record set by one of the league's biggest names.

Per ESPN Stats & Info, the Milwaukee Bucks forward is now tied with LeBron James for most game-tying or go-ahead points in a fourth-quarter or overtime situation in the playoffs.

Middleton came up big for Milwaukee in Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday. He scored 40 points on the night, 14 in the fourth quarter and 10 in the final 2:07 alone as the Bucks made a dramatic push to win 109-103 and tie the series with the Phoenix Suns up at two games apiece.

"That's what he does down the stretch," teammate Giannis Antetokounmpo said postgame. "We want him to have the ball. We want him to be the decision-maker. We know he's going to take big shots, and tonight, he was incredible."

Wednesday's game featured nine lead changes, most of them coming in the latter part of the game, and many thanks to Middleton.

"Khris has no fear, and he never has," Jrue Holiday said. "Being one of the guys who has guarded him in my career, knowing what he's done, hitting big shots, making big plays, he's never been afraid of the moment. So, putting him in this situation is kind of perfect."
