The Milwaukee Bucks and the Cleveland Cavaliers battled on the court on Tuesday for the last time in the 2025-26 NBA season.

Milwaukee tried to keep in step with the visiting Cavs at Fiserv Forum despite missing the services of the injured Giannis Antetokounmpo, but Donovan Mitchell and company proved to be too much to handle for the home team, as the Bucks absorbed a 123-116 loss — their 40th defeat of the season.

Kevin Porter Jr. led Milwaukee in scoring with 25 points on 8/15 shooting from the field to go with 10 assists, while Ryan Rollins produced a total of 19 points on 6/13 shooting with four assists and three rebounds. Milwaukee got great production from its best, with Bobby Portis and Ousmane Dieng each coming up with 19 points.

Pete Nance had 13 points on an efficient 5/6 shooting, including one of his three 3-pointers that elicited a heartwarming reaction from his brother, Cavs forward Larry Nance Jr., who did not see action.

With a little over five minutes left in the fourth quarter, Nance got a pass from Porter and launched a 3-pointer that was challenged by Cleveland big man Evan Mobley.

Nance found nothing but the bottom of the net with that shot, as the broadcast immediately showed Larry on the bench smiling, looking proud about what his brother just did, despite being on the opposing side. Larry also seemingly said “he can shoot,” referring to Pete, who was signed in 2023 to an Exhibit-10 contract by the Cavaliers.

That was a wholesome moment that any basketball fan can enjoy.
