The Milwaukee Bucks wasted no time making moves following the NBA draft. Milwaukee landed one of the more intriguing undrafted players at the conclusion of the second round.
During ESPN's broadcast, NBA insider Shams Charania reported that Giannis Antetokounmpo is closely watching the Bucks offseason moves and pondering his future. Undrafted free agents are unlikely to move the needle on Antetokounmpo's feelings, but the moves could go a long way in adding depth for the 2025-26 season.
The Bucks have agreed to terms with a 3-time All-SEC player and 2-time All-American who surprisingly went undrafted. Milwaukee added former Alabama Crimson Tide standout Mark Sears following the draft.
"Alabama's Mark Sears, a first All-American, has agreed to a two-way NBA deal with the Milwaukee Bucks, sources tell ESPN," Charania detailed in an X message on Thursday.
The guard will likely be on the team's Summer League roster competing for a spot ahead of the upcoming season. Sears is an elite scorer averaging 18.6 points, 5.1 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game in 37 starts.

Yahoo Sports' Kevin O'Connor sees shades of Jalen Brunson and Shabazz Napier in Sears' game. The analyst ranked Sears as the No. 68 rated player on his big board heading into the draft.

"Sears is a clutch college star who rains shots from everywhere behind an advanced array of ball-handling moves," O'Connor wrote in his pre-draft profile on Sears.
"But he was a pint-sized leader, and so often those players get torched on defense at the next level, shrinking them to bit-player status."
