Bulls Injury Report: Naughty or Nice vs Bucks

After missing the last two contests, including Saturday’s 123-98 defeat to  the Boston Celtics, the Chicago Bulls hope Josh Giddey will be ready to play on Monday night. Giddey, who stated his intent to CHSN’s K.C. Johnson that he would return for Monday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks, still appears on the  injury report as questionable due to his right ankle sprain.

However, head coach Billy Donovan wasn’t so optimistic about Giddey’s potential return, citing that his lead guard needed some on-court work before returning to play. Forward Torrey Craig’s status is also questionable, as he still has tendinopathy in his left Achilles, which caused him to be a late scratch on Saturday.

The Milwaukee Bucks have several players dealing with various ailments. Khris Middleton is probable due to his recovery from bilateral ankle surgery. Chris Livingston is questionable with a non-COVID illness. Milwaukee’s star tandem of Giannis Antetokounmpo is questionable due to back spasms. Damian Lillard is doubtful because of a right calf strain.

The Bulls will try to wrap up a win to gift to their fans before the holiday against Milwaukee on Monday. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. CT, and the game will air on the Chicago Sports Network (CHSN).
