Several Chicago Bulls players dealing with injuries are trending in the right direction before Tuesday's game against the Washington Wizards.
Third-year forward Julian Philips, who missed Saturday’s loss to the Memphis Grizzles with an upper respiratory illness, is probable against Washington. Talen Horton-Tucker Jr, a new addition to the Bulls' injury report due to a sprained thumb, is also probable.
Two-way player Adama Sanogo (right knee effusion) and Patrick Williams (left foot injury management) remain out.
A positive sign for the Bulls, Lonzo Ball (right wrist sprain) has been upgraded from out to doubtful. While Ball likely won't play Tuesday, head coach Billy Donovan said he liked the guard's progress during Monday’s workout.

For the Wizards, Tristan Vukcevic (left knee contusion) and Saddiq Bey (left knee ACL surgery) are out. Jordan Poole (left hip flexor soreness) is questionable to play against Chicago.
The Bulls look to grab their second win in NBA Cup group play when they visit the league-worst Wizards. Tuesday’s tip-off is at 6 p.m. CT and the game will air on Chicago Sports Network (CHSN).
