The Bulls have been cautious about Zach LaVine’s bumps and bruises this season. LaVine has missed the last three games but could suit up against Atlanta as he's listed as questionable for Saturday's contest.
Bulls legend and six-time NBA champion Scottie Pippen received a new historical distinction courtesy of his son, Memphis Grizzlies guard Scotty Pippen Jr.
The younger Pippen earned a triple-double in the Grizzlies' 128-104 victory over the Washington Wizards on Friday. With that achievement, the elder Pippen shares the distinction of being the first NBA father-son duo to mutually record a triple-double in an NBA game.

Bulls head coach Billy Donovan spoke at a coaching clinic held in Las Vegas, Nevada from July 13 to 14. The dots within the Bulls' offensive game plan for this season are easier to connect after listening to Donovan's segment at the clinic.
