After winning the NBA Championship last season with the Bucks, Portis has missed the first few games of the new season with a hamstring injury.
Portis is in his seventh season in the NBA after being drafted by the Chicago Bulls with the 22nd overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.
He's played 381 career regular season games for the Bulls, Washington Wizards, New York Knicks and Bucks.
His career averages are 10.4 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.
He is also an above average three-point shooter with a career percentage of 38% from downtown.
Last season, he was huge for the Bucks averaging 11.4 points, 7.1 rebounds 1.1 assists and shot a ridiculous 47.1% from the three-point range.
The Finals run he had with the Bucks was only his second time making the NBA Playoffs (he made the playoffs in 2017 with the Bulls).
