The Chicago Bulls have been active at the trade deadline, but have made some perplexing trades.
More News: Chicago Bulls trade fan favorite guard to Minnesota Timberwolves
The Bulls, so far, have traded away the majority of their starting five, with center Nikola Vucevic going to the Boston Celtics, guard Coby White going to the Charlotte Hornets, and now guard Ayo Dosunmu getting traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Since being drafted in the second round (eighth pick, 38th overall) by the Bulls in the 2021 NBA Draft out of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Dosunmu has spent his entire five-year career with the Bulls. In the span, Dosunmu has scored 10.9 points, had 3.3 assists, and 2.9 rebounds in 324 games (164 games started.
These trades have left Bulls fans questioning the front office and the direction the Bulls are heading, as they have yielded no first-round picks.
