Paul missed the first two games of the Western Conference Finals series because he was in the league's health and safety protocols since last Wednesday. Prior to being sidelined, the 36-year-old point guard averaged 25.5 points with 41 assists against five turnovers in the Suns' second-round sweep of the Denver Nuggets.
Phoenix leads the current series against L.A, Paul's former team, 2-0.
In related news, Kawhi Leonard is officially been ruled out for the Clippers for Game 3. This will be the fifth straight game L.A. will play without the star forward as he rehabs from a right knee sprain he sustained in Game 4 of their Western Conference semifinals series against the Utah Jazz.
