Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg is the hottest ticket in Las Vegas.
On Thursday, the No. 1 overall pick of the 2025 NBA Draft makes his Summer League debut in Las Vegas against Bronny James and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Bleacher Report shared that courtside tickets are selling for a staggering $2,500, making it the most expensive ticket in Summer League history.

While that's nowhere near the $10,000 to $25,000 an early NBA Finals courtside ticket can sell for (h/t TickPick), it's still a wild amount for an exhibition game mostly featuring players who won't play meaningful minutes during the NBA regular season.
But few Summer League games feature the most recent No. 1 overall pick and the son of the NBA's all-time leading scorer, so it makes sense that the Thursday showdown is drawing a crowd.
Flagg's upcoming debut recalls the hype surrounding San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama's 2023 Summer League debut.
Per Front Office Sports, courtside seats for Wembanyama's sold-out Vegas Summer League opener approached $1,200 near game time, while Vivid Seats shared the average ticket cost $96, up from $86 in 2019, when New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson debuted.
Based on Flagg's lone season at Duke as a freshman in 2024-25, it's easy to understand the excitement. He entered last season as the No. 1 high school recruit in the country, yet exceeded expectations, winning the Wooden and Naismith Awards for best college basketball player and being named a consensus All-American, ACC Player of the Year and Associated Press Player of the Year, among other accolades.
Flagg averaged 19.2 points per game on 48.1/38.5/84 percent splits, and he led Duke in rebounds, assists, steals and blocks per game.
For those who don't want to spend four digits on courtside seats to his debut, the game will air live on ESPN this Thursday at 8 p.m. ET.
