De'Aaron Fox is widely viewed as the best player on Sacramento Kings, and the electric point guard is currently putting up 21.0 PPG, 3.6 RPG and 5.1 APG this year, and he's obviously playing at an All-Star caliber level.

Despite his individual abilities, the Sacramento Kings haven't won much during De'Aaron Fox's tenure there. They currently hold the longest playoff drought in the NBA, and they have gone 15 seasons without making the postseason.

It seems as though all the losing is weighing on De'Aaron Fox. De'Aaron Fox has recently expressed that "nobody likes to lose" and that he hasn't lost a lot in basketball until he got to the Sacramento Kings. Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports reported the news.

"I hadn't lost until I got here," Fox said. "First 18 years of life, 19 years of life, every step that I played basketball I was winning something. I don't know how you do that, make it to the NBA and now you just don't care about winning. Everybody talks about how you get paid -- blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

"Nobody likes to lose, regardless of what level you're on. Rather if you're getting paid or playing for free. Nobody likes to lose ... obviously everybody wants to win."

Hopefully, the Sacramento Kings can turn things around. It may not happen this season, but perhaps it can happen in the future. They have some solid young players such as Davion Mitchell and Tyrese Haliburton, and obviously De'Aaron Fox. There's no question that there are certain things to be positive about, but also a lot of negatives. The Sacramento Kings notably fired coach Luke Walton earlier in the season, despite him being the second-best coach in Kings' history with a 68-93 record.

De'Aaron Fox is a fantastic player, and perhaps we'll see him find team success in the future. It's not easy to turn a struggling franchise like the Kings around, but he definitely could do so with the amount of talent he has.
