But in the offseason, he joined the Chicago Bulls. The move was initially criticized, as many people considered it a bad signing for the Bulls.

DeRozan and the Bulls will be laughing at those critics right now, as he has been playing incredible basketball, and helping the Chicago Bulls to become one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference. DeRozan has been the key player for the Chicago Bulls' revival this season.

DeRozan has been pivotal for the Bulls this season. And last night, DeRozan made history with the Chicago Bulls. DeRozan became the first Chicago Bulls player to score 35+ points in 6 consecutive games since Michael Jordan. DeRozan tying a record held by the best to ever do it truly shows what an incredible season he is having.

DeMar DeRozan scored 40 points last night and was pivotal for the Bulls. He helped Chicago defeat his former team. Last month, his former coach Gregg Popovich had high praise for DeRozan, saying that he can get whatever he wants when he is in good form.

DeRozan has been incredible this year and was named an All-Star starter for the first time since his time in Toronto. On top of that, he and Zach LaVine became the first duo since Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen to have 30+ points and 9+ assists in a game. The duo has been fantastic for the Bulls.

DeRozan has been considered an MVP candidate this season. His teammate Lonzo Ball said that DeRozan has shown the NBA why he should be the named MVP this season. DeRozan has been having an excellent year and should be given all the credit in the world for it.
