NBA center DeMarcus Cousins reportedly sold his Las Vegas mansion for $7.5 million.
According to TMZ Sports, Cousins, who purchased the home in 2017, made a $1 million profit after buying the 10-bedroom house for $6.5 million.
The estate features a home theater, basketball court, sports media room, personal gym and a pool. It also has 12 bathrooms and an elevator.
Cousins is currently a free agent after being waived by the Houston Rockets in February. Once Andre Drummond signs with a new team, the market for Cousins should heat up.
In 25 games with the Rockets this season, the 30-year-old averaged 9.6 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game while shooting 37.6% from the field and 33.6% from deep.
