The Golden State Warriors and Denver Nuggets have another exciting game on Thursday night. Facing each other in the 2022 playoffs, Denver and Golden State have had several good games against each other since then, and this one should be no different.
Both teams have released their injury reports for this game, and there is nothing too notable on either side. For Golden State, they will be without Draymond Green and Gary Payton II. For Denver, they will be without Vlatko Cancar, Jalen Pickett, and Hunter Tyson. Reggie Jackson is being listed as probable for Denver.
The Nuggets won their last game against Golden State, defeating the Warriors on Christmas. This game had a lot of controversy, primarily with Nikola Jokic's free throw attempts, which were ripped by Steve Kerr after the game in his rant on the state of NBA officiating.
Denver has been hovering around the top of the Western Conference for most of the season, whereas Golden State has been hovering right below the play-in picture. There are a lot of games to play, but Golden State recognizes they need to turn things around soon. A win on Thursday over the defending champions would go a long way towards building some positive momentum.
The Warriors and Nuggets will begin this game at 7:00 PM PST in Golden State.
