LA Clippers star Paul George and Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker have an ongoing beef that received a new chapter this summer when George asked Klay Thompson during an episode of Podcast P about his "four rings" taunt towards Booker. Thompson gave a great answer, which Booker suggested was not what George wanted to hear in an Instagram comment.
George responded to that comment from Booker during a Twitch stream, calling it a "sorry ass response" from the Suns star. As previously mentioned, this was just another chapter of the ongoing beef between George and Booker that has mostly shown itself on the court whenever the two face off.
Asked about this during Wednesday morning's shoot-around prior to facing the Clippers, Booker said, "It's just hoops, man. It's competitive. It never lives off the floor. It's fine."
"That's where it started and it's never been resolved."

As Booker stated, the beef between he and George that began during the 2020-21 season has been resolved, and doesn't live off the floor. As previously mentioned, there was some off the court stuff during the offseason, but perhaps that has also been resolved between the two players.
Adding that it's just basketball, it seems Booker feels that his back-and-forth exchanges with George on the court have simply been in the heat of competition, which is very common in the NBA when two competitive platers face off.
