Bucks head coach Doc Rivers could be facing an uncertain future following a disappointing season, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line.

Stein reports there is a growing belief that the Bucks and Rivers could either part ways or adjust his role within the organization after the regular season. That could potentially include a move to the front office.

“At the very least, Rivers’ Springfield induction… has helped fuel the notion that he will not be coaching the Bucks after the regular season concludes,” Stein wrote.

Milwaukee has struggled this season and is dealing with increasing tension involving star Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Jake Fischer of The Stein Line added that significant organizational changes are expected in the offseason.

If the Bucks move on from Rivers, former Grizzlies head coach Taylor Jenkins is considered a potential candidate to replace him, Stein reported.
