After losing Game 4 of their Western Conference semifinal series on Monday to the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Golden State Warriors are in need of a miracle.
Not only are they facing elimination, but they're also still dealing with the hamstring injury Stephen Curry sustained in Game 1 that has forced him to sit ever since.
Curry will reportedly be re-evaluated on Wednesday, the day that Game 5 of this series will take place in Minneapolis. Some want Curry to deal with the pain and play, but a hamstring strain likely isn't the type of play one can play on if it hasn't healed.
That is the attitude Warriors forward Draymond Green displayed in the postgame interview following Monday's game.
"We don’t need Superman," Green said. "Play the long game. If he can, we know he will. But we gotta figure out a way to win whether he plays or not."

Without Curry, the Warriors have sputtered offensively. They scored just 93 points in Game 2 and 97 points in Game 3, and they have sorely lacked shot creation without him.
On Monday, they somehow managed to muster 60 points in the first half and led by two points at halftime. But they fell completely apart in the third quarter when they were outscored 39-17.
There were almost no open looks or easy baskets for them, and on the other end of the floor, they put up very little resistance defensively against the Timberwolves.
Golden State will now be playing for its life through the rest of this series, no matter how long the series lasts, and it may have to do so the hard way without its future Hall of Famer.
