The Golden State Warriors are currently at home as they are taking on the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 4 of their second-round series.

Golden State entered Monday’s game in a must-win situation after they had fallen behind 2-1 in the series after losing Game 2 on the road and then Game 3 at home.

Of course, the Warriors have struggled without their star point guard Stephen Curry in the starting lineup as he remains sidelined due to a Grade 1 left hamstring strain that is expected to keep him out until at least Game 6.

Despite being without Curry, Golden State was able to get off to a good start on Monday night as they had a one-point lead at the end of the first quarter and carried a two-point lead heading into halftime.

Jonathan Kuminga led the way for the Warriors in the first half with 11 points and three rebounds while Buddy Hield added 11 points of his own.

Draymond Green also stepped up in the first half with eight points, four rebounds and two assists.

Green also made NBA playoff history in the first half as the Warriors announced that he had moved into 23rd on the NBA playoff’s all-time rebounding list.

By moving into 23rd on the list, Green passed Hall of Famer and Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki.

This is an incredible accomplishment for Green as he continues to play a key role for the Warriors, especially on the defensive side of the ball.

Of course, Green has had a great playoff run thus far though he has let his temper get the best of him at times, but when he has been focused, he has been a key piece of the Warriors success.

Green and the Warriors will now look to close out Game 4 with a victory on their home court as they try to tie the series 2-2 before traveling to Minnesota for Game 5 on Wednesday night.
