Draymond Green Reveals Honest Thoughts About Clippers

The LA Clippers are the most frustrating team to watch in the NBA. One day they're dominating a contender like the Sacramento Kings, and the next they're losing to a very shorthanded and struggling Warriors team - Draymond Green knows the feeling.

The Clippers did the latter on Thursday night against the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors were down Andrew Wiggins, Chris Paul, and Gary Payton II and it still didn't matter for the healthy Clippers. Green was asked about their inconsistency after the game, and gave a surprisingly thorough answer.

"It's obviously an experiment any time you make a move like bringing in a James Harden to a team like that, you're experimenting," Green said. "Ultimately thinking, that it's going to be great. They're very early into their experiment. They're still figuring out rotations. Russell played 26 minutes tonight, I saw the other day played 18. They're still figuring everything out, they're figuring out what system they'll run with that group. I think overall, they're good, a really good team."

It's hard to judge what the Clippers can be this early on. The only guarantee about them is that they're going to be inconsistent - Draymond Green knows that.

"As someone who's played on a team like that, with a bunch of superstars, All-Stars, it takes time for it come together," Green said. "I'm not really one to sit and judge them on how they look right now, what they're doing great, what they're doing not so great, because the reality is, something they're doing great now, could be not so great... still got to give it more time for them to figure out, work out the kinks, and actually learn how to play together."

Every single time the Clippers have had the opportunity to get over the hump, they actually get a huge injury break, and somehow, LA manages to disappoint every single time. One has to hope that at some point, the Clippers will stop being a disappointment this season.
