Dwyane Wade honors Kobe Bryant with new sneakers

It still hasn't sunk in that Kobe Bryant truly is gone. The Los Angeles Lakers legend will never be forgotten, and Dwyane Wade is honoring Bryant with a brand new pair of sneakers.

Wade's latest unreleased sneaker features Lakers colors and Bryant's numbers on the tongues, according to TMZ.

The inner soles also feature one of Bryant's most famous quotes: "Great things come from hard work and perseverance. No excuses."

Wade has made statements with his sneakers in the past, creating a Pride design in his daughter Zaya's honor.

There's no word on when or if the Bryant sneakers will be released, but if they are, you'd expect fans to go crazy over them.

Bryant, his daughter Gianna and seven others died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, Calif., in January. All passengers on board the flight died instantly upon impact, according to newly revealed details.
