Ebuka Okorie has signed his rookie scale contract with the Pistons, according to the NBA transactions log.

The former Stanford guard was the No. 17 pick in last month’s draft. He’ll make $4,481,280 as a rookie and can earn $21,687,577 over the next four seasons, if team options are exercised in the third and fourth years of the contract.

Detroit made a draft-night trade with Memphis, moving up from No. 21 to 17, to select Okorie. A member of the All-ACC first team as a freshman in 2025/26, Okorie was the full-time starting point guard for Stanford, pouring in a conference-high 23.2 points per game on .465/.354/.832 shooting in 31 outings (35.1 MPG). He also contributed 3.6 assists, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per contest.
