Chet Holmgren seems to be looking a little different these days.
ESPN was airing Sunday’s matinee game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Minnesota Timberwolves at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Okla. During the contest, ESPN went into a commercial by airing … a rather strange-looking graphic of the Thunder big man Holmgren.
The video graphic appeared to have been edited using artificial intelligence, resulting in Holmgren looking completely different. Have a gander for yourself.

As a result, ESPN got roasted into next week over social media for the shoddy graphic. Take a look at a sampling.

The 2026 NBA All-Star Holmgren did have a very nice game on Sunday against the Timberwolves though. He finished with 21 points and nine rebounds as the Thunder won fairly easily by a final score of 116-103.
Holmgren has already drawn attention in the past for some of his bizarre and outlandish outfits. But that AI slop of a graphic by ESPN certainly did not do him any justice during Sunday’s nationally-televised game.
