The new NBA season might be starting in three months' time, but NBA fans have found multiple means to keep themselves entertained. Be it the latest news from the offseason or speculating trades or even putting up hot takes about their favorite teams and their players, fans have kept themselves busy.

While the trades sagas have always been a thing to look forward to, it has become an annual ritual that the new NBA 2K game is released in the offseason as well. Featuring the biggest players like Stephen Curry, LeBron James to name a few, 2K has built its reputation as being perhaps the closest representation of the NBA in video games.

Each year, the video game has tried to better itself. Be it in terms of graphics or in terms of gameplay, the franchise is unsurprisingly the most popular basketball video game franchise among fans. Not only do the players look super realistic, even modes like MyTeam and MyCareer are fan favorites.

While multiple ratings from the game were already leaked, we were yet to see the newest iteration of the 2k franchise. But the wait was put to an end today. 2K recently released its First Look of the 2K23 which is set to release on 9th of September.

Featuring a Ja Morant poster dunk on Draymond Green to Devin Booker hitting his iconic three-pointer celebration, the first look certainly had its moments. Not only that, it seems like the game has tried to incorporate new celebrations like Stephen Curry's viral night-night celebration as well.

While there are certainly multiple high points in the first look, fans trolled the franchise as the full teaser was leaked online in multiple social media platforms hours before the actual release.

While the trailer for the entire game might have leaked online before the official release, there is no denying that the game looks stunning and fans are pretty eager to get their hands on the game.
