
The Cleveland Cavaliers are on the road on Monday night as the travel to take on the Memphis Grizzlies in an interconference matchup.
Cleveland enters Monday’s game with a 49-29 record after defeating the Indiana Pacers at home on Sunday night.
In Sunday’s victory over the Pacers, Donovan Mitchell led the way for the Cavaliers as he recorded 38 points, six rebounds and six assists while James Harden added 28 points, four rebounds and seven assists of his own.
Now Cleveland will try to grab another victory on the road on Monday as they face off against a struggling Grizzlies team.
On the other side, Memphis enters Monday’s contest with a 25-53 record after losing on the road to the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday afternoon.
Rayan Rupert led the way for the Grizzlies in Sunday’s loss as he ended the game with 33 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists while Walter Clayton Jr. added 20 points, three rebounds and four assists of his own.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Monday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
For the Cavaliers, they have six players listed on their injury report, including both Mitchell and Harden.
Cleveland has ruled out Mitchell due to a left ankle sprain that he suffered in Sunday's victory over the Pacers.

The Cavaliers have also ruled out Harden as he will miss the second night of their back-to-back due to personal reasons.
Max Strus has also been ruled out due to injury management while Thomas Bryant is sidelined with a left calf strain.
Jaylon Tyson and Dean Wade have been ruled out as they both remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.
The good news for the Cavaliers is that both Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen are off the injury report and will return on Monday after missing Sunday's game due to injury management.
On the other side, the Grizzlies have 12 players listed on their injury report, though both GG Jackson and Cedric Coward are not among them.
Of course, both Jackson and Coward missed Sunday's loss due to injuries but they are both off the injury report and will return on Monday.
Memphis has listed Taylor Hendricks (right thumb sprain) and Taj Gibson (right foot injury management) as doubtful and they are both expected to miss Monday's matchup.

The Grizzlies have ruled out Ty Jerome (left ankle sprain), Jahmai Mashack (concussion protocol) and Javon Small (left thigh contusion).
Ja Morant , Santi Aldama, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Brandon Clarke, Zach Edey, Scotty Pippen Jr. and Jaylen Wells have also been ruled out as they will all miss the remainder of the season.
