The Golden State Warriors are on the road on Saturday night as they travel to take on the Atlanta Hawks in an interconference matchup.
Golden State enters Saturday’s game with a 33-37 record after losing on the road to the Detroit Pistons on Friday night.
In Friday’s loss to the Pistons, Brandin Podziemski led the way for the Warriors as he recorded 15 points, six rebounds and three assists while Gary Payton II added 14 points, three rebounds and three assists of his own off the bench.
Now Golden State will try to bounce back on Saturday as they face off against the Hawks in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, Atlanta enters Saturday’s contest with a 38-32 record after losing on the road to the Houston Rockets on Friday night to end their 11-game winning streak.
Nickeil Alexander-Walker led the way for the Hawks in Friday’s loss as he ended the game with 21 points, four rebounds and four assists while Zaccharie Risacher recorded 16 points and six rebounds off the bench.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday night’s matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
For the Warriors, they have 10 players listed on their injury report, including both Draymond Green and Kristaps Porzingis.
Golden State has listed Green as questionable due to a lingering lower back injury and they may elect to sit him on the second night of their back-to-back.
Kristaps Porzingis is out tonight in Atlanta with lower back tightness. Jonathan Kuminga is off the injury report and cleared to face the Warriors.

Questionable: Draymond Green, De’Anthony Melton, Gary Payton II, Quinten Post.
The Warriors have also listed De'Anthony Melton (knee injury management), Payton II (knee) and Quinten Post (foot) as questionable.
Porzingis has been ruled out due to lower back soreness that caused him to exit Friday's loss in the second quarter.
Stephen Curry , Moses Moody, Al Horford and Seth Curry have also been ruled out as they continue to recover from injuries while Jimmy Butler is set to miss the remainder of the season.
On the other side, the Hawks enter Saturday's game with a clean injury report as they have nobody listed on it.
This is great news for the Hawks as this means that Jonathan Kuminga is off the injury report after missing Friday's loss due to knee injury management as he will be available to face off against his former team.
