The Golden State Warriors are on the road on Monday night as they travel to take on the Dallas Mavericks in a Western Conference matchup.
Golden State enters Monday’s game with a 33-38 record after losing on the road to the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night.
In Saturday’s loss to the Hawks, De’Anthony Melton led the way for the Warriors as he recorded 20 points and four assists while Nate Williams added 19 points and four rebounds of his own off the bench.
Now Golden State will try to bounce back on the road on Monday as they face off against a struggling Mavericks team.
On the other side, Dallas enters Monday’s contest with a 23-48 record after losing at home to the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night in overtime.
Naji Marshall led the way for the Mavericks in Saturday’s loss as he ended the game with 28 points and four assists while Cooper Flagg recorded 18 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Monday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
For the Warriors, they have eight players listed on their injury report, including both Kristaps Porzingis and Moses Moody.
Golden State has listed Porzingis as probable due to lower back soreness and he is expected to play against the Mavericks.
