Former Bulls Fan Favorite Javonte Green Signs With Golden State Warriors
Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

If you watched Chicago Bulls basketball for the last two years, it was hard to miss Javonte Green. Green was a spark plug for the Bulls and was a heck of a rotational piece. Now, after remaining unsigned for most of the offseason, Green has found a home out west. Per Anthony Slater, Green is being signed by the Golden State Warriors.

Green was traded to the Bulls during the 2020-21 NBA season. He quickly found his way into the rotation due to his hard style of play and team injuries. Though Green stands is only 6'4", he was thrust into the power forward position with the Bulls. Needless to say, Green did everything he could and left it all out on the floor each and every night. In addition, he'll have flashes that are worthy of excitement.

Green is expected to start the season with the Warriors' NBA G-League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors. If any Warriors fans are reading this, no, Green will not be the flashiest player on the court.

What will he be? Well, if he is able to crack the rotation in Golden State, they will get a player who gives it all on both ends of the floor. Not only that, in his time in Chicago, Green hit 36% of his three-point attempts. He can do a little bit of everything. Here's a highlight video to show appreciation for Javonte Green and to introduce Golden State fans to his style of play.
