The Golden State Warriors head back to the Chase Center with their second-round NBA Playoff series tied 1-1.

While it was obvious, they missed Stephen Curry's scoring in this one after he went down early in Game 1 with a hamstring injury.

The Warriors will now attempt not to let the series get out of hand, hoping Curry can return for Game 5 or Game 6.

No player stepped up in Game 2. Buddy Hield led the team in shot attempts and Draymond Green was just 1-for-6 from three for nine points.

Green has been prone to outbursts during his career. Whether it was the Jordan Poole incident, the Rudy Gobert incident, or the LeBron James incident, Green always finds himself in the spotlight, sometimes for the wrong reasons.

However, Green issued a statement recently.

"The agenda to continue to keep making me look like an angry black man is crazy," said Green.

Former NFL player Emmanuel Acho responded to Green's claims.

"We're not suggesting you're an angry black man, we're simply suggesting you might be a dirty basketball player," Acho said. "Because you do what nobody else in the NBA does, at least not as frequently."

The Warriors are going to need that grit and toughness from Green if they're going to hold off the Timberwolves for a possible return from Curry.

But if Green keeps having the shooting nights like he did in Game 2, and the defense can just play off of him, he's not going to open any space for other players to operate.

The Warriors host Game 3 against the Timberwolves at 8:30 p.m. ET Saturday.
