Former Houston Rockets Center Dwight Howard was inducted into the Orlando Magic Hall of Fame. Howard played in the NBA for several franchises including the Rockets. He entered the league as the first overall pick out of high school in the 2004 NBA Draft.
Howard played for the Rockets from 2013-2016 as he and James Harden form one of the better duo’s in the league during that time. In Howard first season with team, he averaged 18.3 ppg and 12.2 rebounds. Howard and Harden started to clash doing the end of Dwight tenure with the Rockets as the two had some internal issues among themselves.
“ I thought me and James were gonna work because I felt like he was a younger , Kobe with better passing.. But I did like playing with James for those first couple of years. Then, after that, I was like,” Dang, this dude don’t pass me the ball no more! What I do to him,” said Howard.

Howard will be most remember for his time in the NBA as a 8-time all star, 8-time all NBA honoree, five time all-defensive player and three- time defensive player of the year. He is considered to be one of the best defensive big man to play the game. Howard should also be inducted onto the Pro Basketball of Fame in the near future for all his accomplishments as a basketball player.
