Giannis Antetokounmpo's expected return vs. Heat could save Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks may be getting two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo back from his back injury in their pivotal Game 4 against the Miami Heat on Monday night.

The top-seeded Bucks are in near must-win mode, trailing 2-1 against the eighth-seeded Heat in the best-of-seven series.

Antetokounmpo played just 11 minutes in Game 1 before suffering his injury, as Miami coasted to a 130-117 road victory. Milwaukee bounced back in Game 2, defeating the underdogs 138-122 behind a barrage of three-pointers, but was no match for Jimmy Butler and company in South Beach, falling 121-99.

With the 28-year-old seven-time All-Star in the lineup, the Bucks are simply a different team.

During the regular season, Milwaukee went 47-16 when Antetokounmpo played and just 11-8 when he didn't.

The 2013 draft pick is one of the players in the league who is a true superstar on both offense and defense. With the ball in his hands, he's a matchup nightmare who typically can't be guarded by any of the five defenders on the court, and on defense -- despite his humongous 7-foot, 242-pound frame -- he's usually able to defend guards, forwards and centers alike.

Despite facing another hostile environment in Game 4, the Bucks should have a great chance to knot up the series on Monday night. From there, they'll be back in control, with two of the potential final three games of the series back at the Fiserv Forum.
