Houston Rockets Off to Historic Start on Offense

The Houston Rockets welcomed in the leagues worse team Wednesday eventing as they hosted the one win Washington Wizards into town. The Rockets came in winners of six out of their last seven games and had defeated the Wizards five straight times.

The Rockets boast one of the best offensive teams in the NBA through the first nine games. Combine that with the Wizards, who rank as one of the worst defenses in the NBA, and you have the makings of another offensive explosion for the Rockets. The Rockets scored a season high 81 points in the first half and cruised to a 135-112 victory over the Wizards. That is the third time in the first 10 games that the Rockets have scored 130 or more points.
