How Did Josh Hart Prank Jalen Brunson?

Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart's chemistry exudes like a childish brotherly love. They continuously poke fun at each other, but ultimately, when the chips are down, they strike for each other immediately. In a recent locker room interview, Brunson and Hart displayed their signature chemistry, including NFL fan banter.

As a proud Villanova alum, naturally, Brunson holds fandom for the popular NFL franchise, the Philadelphia Eagles. Spending three years in Pennsylvania as a member of the best team in the state, Brunson experienced his favorite football team winning its first Super Bowl in 2018 against the Tom Brady-led New England Patriots.

Conversely, Hart's favorite team hasn't had quite the relevancy in his lifetime. Nonetheless, following the Knicks' 118-85 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans, Hart showed his heart by wearing a comically large Washington Commanders hat to celebrate their 42-19 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

During a postgame locker room interview, Hart poked fun at Brunson's head size, a running joke between the two teammates.

"I just went on, and when I was able to pick the sizes, it was like, small, medium, large, and then it said JB, with an S, so I was like, 'whoa, what size is that,'" Hart humorously asked.

Brunson, not one to accept being the butt of a joke, seized the moment by reminding Hart whose team is better between the Eagles and Commanders.

"You're second in division, you're second in division," Brunson said.

Unlike the Eagles in the NFC standings, the Knicks rank fourth in the Eastern Conference. Despite their underwhelming 12-8 record, the Knicks possess the best offensive rating in the league.

Perhaps Brunson and Hart can combine their NFL-focused minds to tackle the Orlando Magic down from the three-seed in an effort to climb closer to the Eagles' competitive existence in the NFL.
