The performance moved him past Kobe Bryant’s famous 81-point game from 2006 and placed him behind only Wilt Chamberlain’s 100-point record.

He also broke the Miami Heat franchise record previously held by LeBron James, who scored 61 points for the team in 2014.

Adebayo’s stat line was equally remarkable, finishing 20-of-43 from the field, hitting seven three-pointers, and converting 36 of 43 free throws while adding rebounds and assists.
