Oklahoma leads the series 3-0 after the 106-85 triumph over New Orleans in Game 3. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was the top scorer for the OKC side with 24 points. Brandon Ingram also scored 19 points for the Pelicans.

New Orleans will aim to avoid the sweep at home. Except for the victory in the Play-In against the Sacramento Kings, the Pelicans were defeated in five of their last six games (in each of the last three, they couldn’t score more than 100 points).

It’s hard to envision a turnaround in the face of the top-seeded team in the conference, but Willie Green’s team can fight to bring the series back to Oklahoma.

Oklahoma is on an eight-game winning streak and is one victory away from sweeping the series. The Thunder finished the regular season in first place in the West, with a record of 24-17 playing away from home.

Coach Mark Daigneault has reasons to be proud of his team’s defensive work, as they have allowed fewer than 100 points in five of their last six games.
