Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

The Indiana Pacers on Tuesday got themselves on the board in their first-round series against the Milwaukee Bucks. Fans couldn’t help but notice Tyrese Haliburton’s ever-changing voice during his postgame press conference.

The Pacers throttled the Bucks in Game 2 to the tune of a 125-108 drubbing at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wis. Haliburton was a huge part of the win, serving as the primary playmaker for an Indiana offense that was firing on all cylinders.

Two-Voiced Tyrese Haliburton Reemerges After Indiana Pacers’ Game 2 Win

Haliburton was asked about what to expect as the series shifts to Indianapolis for Games 3 and 4. The 2-time All-Star addressed the media with a deep voice to start off his answer.

“We expect a great crowd. A lot of people are excited about what’s to come in the series.”

But after two sentences, Haliburton’s voice changes to a completely different tone.

“You know, just the energy in the city now with everything that’s going on. But especially with us. We’re excited to go,” Haliburton continued in a higher-pitched voice.

It’s not the first time the public has noticed Haliburton’s varying voices The Pacers guard also went viral a couple of months back during an appearance on the Pat McAfee show.

McAfee pointed out that Haliburton’s tone was shifting seemingly mid-sentence. Haliburton acknowledged that it’s something he’s keenly aware about because it’s been brought to his attention in the past.

Pacers fans would probably accept however many voices Haliburton wants to use as long as he continues to help their team win ball games.

Haliburton scored just 12 points during Tuesday’s win on 4/10 shooting from the field. But he did tally 12 assists, with several of those serving up open looks to Pascal Siakam.

The Pacers forward led the team in scoring with 37 big points, while Myles Turner and Andrew Nembhard both breached the 20-point mark.
