The New York Knicks are gearing up for what should be quite an exciting Eastern Conference Finals.
It's the Knicks' first time back in the Conference Finals since 2000, when they eventually fell to none other than the Indiana Pacers.
The Knicks looked outright dominant in their Game 6 win over the Boston Celtics and they hope that form continues to show in Game 1 on Wednesday night.
While the Knicks have players capable of going off in any given game, Jalen Brunson's play has gotten them this far.
One fourth quarter after another, one double-digit deficit after another, Brunson wills his team back into it with his incredible shot-making and fearlessness.
While Brunson continues to drop jaws with his late-game heroics, it's nothing new, as he took home the NBA's Clutch Player of the Year award.
On ESPN's Get Up, Alan Hahn compared Brunson to the likely Most Valuable Player, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
"If you look at his numbers in the playoffs, they're right up there with SGA," Hahn said. "His clutch performances in this playoffs so far has also elevated him. I would rather recognize him as one of the best winners right now you have in the NBA.
"This guy shows up and brings a winning culture. ... To me, he's at the epicenter of winning."

Brunson will face a tall task as they prepare to face the team that eliminated them from the playoffs last season.
This will be the fourth time in the team's storied rivalry that they will face each other with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line. In those instances, the Knicks are 2-1 all-time.
