Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics found themselves on a three-game winning streak entering NBA All-Star Weekend, jumping to 39-16 on the season.

Tatum was named to the sixth All-Star game of his career. Alongside Jaylen Brown, the former Duke Blue Devils star helped Shaq's OGs win the All-Star mini-tournament.

On Thursday, the Celtics will be back in action for the first time after the break, facing Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers. But Tatum has more on his mind than just basketball after some Hollywood news broke on Wednesday.

According to Boardroom, actor Will Smith has confirmed that a sequel to his 2005 romantic comedy "Hitch" is in development 20 years later. The movie "set records with the biggest opening weekend for a rom-com at the time and went on to gross $371 million worldwide," per Boardroom.

Tatum expressed his excitement for the movie sequel, sharing his interest in a possible cameo on social media.

"lol it's up!!!" Tatum captioned his story. "I need a cameo."

"Hitch" follows a smooth-talking dating consultant who helps men win over their dream women but finds himself struggling when he unexpectedly falls for a woman who is immune to his usual charm. Along with Smith, the film also stars Kevin James and Eva Mendes

Tatum has made appearances in TV shows and music videos in the past but never a movie. He has found his way onto two Netflix documentaries, including "Starting 5" and "Court of Gold." He had a cameo in the 2023 music video for the song "Merch Madness" by rapper Lil Baby, who included numerous NBA stars in the video.
