Jazz star Donovan Mitchell available for Game 6 vs. Mavericks

Things were looking bleak for Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell after he was injured in Game 5 against the Dallas Mavericks.

But the All-Star told reporters on Wednesday he is "good to go" when his team hosts the Mavs in Game 6 of the first-round series on Thursday.

Even though an MRI on his left hamstring came back negative on Tuesday, there was still initial concern Mitchell wouldn't be able to play because his quads were bruised.

Mitchell asked to be taken out in Game 5 after his left hamstring tightened. He needed assistance getting off the court and into the locker room.

Mitchell is averaging 26.0 points per game in the series, but he is shooting only 37.9% from the floor and 19.5% from three-point range. He was held to nine points and had four turnovers in Game 5 before exiting.
