The NBA fined Utah Jazz stars Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert for their public criticism of officials following a 131-123 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.
Mitchell was fined $25,000 and Gobert $20,000, as relayed by Howard Beck of Sports Illustrated.

The 24-year-old was tossed out with 30.8 seconds remaining in overtime after it looked like Joel Embiid convinced the officials to hand Mitchell a second technical foul. Utah was down only five points when Mitchell was ejected, resulting in the two-time All-Star's decision to make his displeasure known to the public.
The Jazz have been the best team in the NBA so far this season, going 27-9 after inking Mitchell and Gobert to extensions during the offseason.
