The New York Knicks are in the middle of a blowout game against the Atlanta Hawks.
On the road south, the Knicks are up 25 points over the Hawks at halftime.
The combination of Karl-Anthony Towns and OG Anunoby has been superb through the first 24 minutes of play.
Towns is leading the way with 17 points on 6-of-7 shooting while Anunoby has scored 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting. Mikal Bridges has 16 points, too.
While Jalen Brunson didn't yet make his return to the hardwood nearly one month removed from his initial ankle injury, it's quite evident they didn't need his services for the game.
Still, there is one more half to be played, and anything can happen, though it seems New York will be able to handle business ahead of Brunson's return on Sunday.
While they await the Villanova product's return from injury, more bad news struck for the Knicks. Towns had to leave in the first half of the team's game against the Hawks.
Amid his remarkable first half, Towns left the game with an apparent finger injury, according to Stefan Bondy.
"Karl Anthony Towns appeared to hurt his left ring finger again and headed straight to the locker room," Bondy shared on X.

Towns made his return to the bench and re-entered the game not long after initially heading toward the locker room.
While Towns will likely be good to go in the second half, the team has enough of a cushion with their halftime lead that they don't necessarily need him to return.
The Knicks, having put up 78 points in 24 minutes of play, are shooting a brilliant 11-of-16 on 3-pointers with seven different players on the squad having hit a shot from deep.
