It's going to be an NBA offseason dominated by Kevin Durant trade talk, but the current Brooklyn Nets superstar apparently wants no part of it.
This is, of course, if you believe Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports, who is reporting that KD has "gone dark" and is not discussing his future with friends among the upper echelon of NBA stars. This is despite the fact that star players are apparently reaching out and inquiring.
"KD has gone dark." @ChrisBHaynes and @VinceGoodwill go behind the scenes of the Nets and Kevin Durant trade talks on the latest Posted Up.

"Since he requested a trade, there have been numerous stars that I have spoken to. Numerous stars have been trying to get in touch with him to pick his brain to see if he would consider other avenues. Just want to get a sense of what he's thinking. KD is going dark," Haynes said on a recent episode of his podcast.
"He's not talking to anybody. Not answering anybody's phone calls. Not responding to texts," Haynes continued. "KD has gone dark."
Of course, Durant hasn't been completely off the grid. Fans of the Oklahoma City Thunder, who know a thing or two about Durant, surely took note when he shouted out their No. 2 overall pick from this past draft, Chet Holmgren.
I see u cookin 7. First day on the job was a success, love the kicks @ChetHolmgren https://t.co/sQrgDpPCU0

A reunion with OKC probably isn't in the cards, but remember, Durant played eight seasons with the Thunder from 2008 to 2016.
Stranger things have happened in the NBA.
